Terms and Conditions
Healo massagers are accepted for return in full, with original packaging, instructions, stickers, in unused condition. The device must not show any signs of use, dirt or damage.
Reasons
- The product did not fit in size, shape, or other characteristics.
- The shade or appearance of the massager differs from that presented on the website.
- The device does not match the description or stated parameters.
Deadlines
The return period for a Healo massager of proper quality is 2 weeks (14 days) from the moment the buyer received the goods (unless otherwise specified by the seller).
How to make a return?
There are several ways to make a return:
- At the PVZ (pickup points). The buyer has the right to bring the massager to the PVZ and arrange a return.
- By courier. The service is available for populated areas where delivery is provided.
Exchange
Terms and Conditions
Healo massagers are subject to exchange if:
- the product has not been used and has retained its marketable appearance;
- the product is fully assembled, has original packaging and labels;
- the product did not fit the characteristics, such as shape, color or size.
Deadlines
Exchange of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt, if all conditions specified above are met.
How to exchange a massager?
There are several ways to exchange a massager:
- At the pick-up point. The buyer can contact the pick-up point where the product was received with a request for an exchange.
- By courier. To exchange via courier, you must submit an application in your personal account, selecting the appropriate service.
Return of a massager of inadequate quality
Cause
- A manufacturing defect identified during operation, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Deadlines
Healo massagers are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the buyer can return the product if it is of inadequate quality.
How to return an item?
If the decision on the application for the return of a massager of inadequate quality is positive, the buyer can return the product to the pick-up point where it was purchased.
Additional information
Please keep the receipt, packaging and complete set of goods until the end of the return period and warranty period to avoid refusal of return or exchange.
